Please expect delays with all
deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring
with customs clearances, which are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these
delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping
partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. We completely understand
that you would love to receive your Villa Mamas products right away. We kindly
ask for your patience and understanding during this very testing time.
VILLA MAMAS ships worldwide, however, don’t hesitate to contact us if you don’t see your country listed.
TIMES: Orders are processed and delivered within 1 – 2 business days; however,
frozen items require additional 24 – 48 hours processing time as they are
freshly prepared per order.
SHIPPING: We charge a flat rate of
2BD for all domestic orders.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES:
Customers are charged 5% Tax as per Bahrain law while checking out, no further
payments are required.
TIMES: Orders are
processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days, tracking information is sent
via email on the day that orders are shipped.
SHIPPING: We use DHL Express International shipping services. Express
International Shipping generally takes 4 - 7 business days for orders to arrive
once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays
may occur such as customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of
our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends
or national public holidays.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES: Customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or
Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the
customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the
shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are
unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. VILLA
MAMAS is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are
requested for the shipment of your order.
If you experience any difficulties
while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating
an account, please email [email protected] with your full shipping
address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account
can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made
directly with DHL, VILLA MAMAS will not be held responsible for any lost or
misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with
VILLA MAMAS via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being
