SHIPPING DESTINATIONS VILLA MAMAS ships worldwide, however, don’t hesitate to contact us if you don’t see your country listed. DOMESTIC ORDERS PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are processed and delivered within 1 – 2 business days; however, frozen items require additional 24 – 48 hours processing time as they are freshly prepared per order. SHIPPING: We charge a flat rate of 2BD for all domestic orders. TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES: Customers are charged 10% Tax as per Bahrain law while checking out, no further payments are required. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days, tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped. SHIPPING: We use DHL Express International shipping services. Express International Shipping generally takes 4 - 7 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur such as customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES: Customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
